Cosmos Aesthetics first performed Fat Transfer to Buttocks or Brazilian Butt Lift (also known as a BBL) in 2010. In suitable patients, a BBL procedure uses your own fat, taken areas where you don’t want it, and then injecting that fat into the buttocks, to augment the bottom into a larger shape and in some patients, to give a more lifted appearance.
