How much is a consultation?

Consultation fees vary depending on the practitioner you see. For example, liposuction consultations range between $120-$330, and surgical consultations between $200-$275. Please note that consultation fees are separate from any procedure costs. Consultation costs are required to be paid in advance when booking.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Cancellations of consultations are not refundable.  You can however reschedule an appointment.

How long does a consultation take?

Consultations range from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

What locations are available?

Our main facilities where you can have a consultation with both doctors and nurses, and where most treatments are performed:

• Gold Coast, Southport

How do I use my gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of payment. They can be redeemed for non-surgical treatments and skincare products only, and are limited to use at the clinic location where the voucher was purchased. Please note that gift vouchers are not applicable for surgical procedures.

Can someone accompany me to the clinic for my liposuction procedure?

They are welcome to wait for you in the reception area. For longer procedures, we recommend that they do not wait and we will call them before you are ready to leave the clinic.

Is it safe for me to go home alone after liposuction?

You will not be discharged until the attending doctor feels you are fit to leave. Even though it is typically safe for you to leave the clinic after spending at least 2 hours in our recovery area, you will still be feeling a little sleepy. We always highly recommend that a responsible adult takes you home and stays with you for the first 24 hours after your procedure. You will also be given telephone numbers to contact if you have any questions or concerns.

What is a compression garment and how long do I have to wear it?

After liposuction, you will be required to wear a tight-fitting suit to help reduce bruising, swelling and improve skin retraction. You will need to wear the garment for one to two weeks after the procedure depending on what procedure you have had.

Are treatment/procedures covered by health funds or Medicare?

In general, treatments and procedures are not covered by private health insurance or eligible for Medicare rebates. If you wish to enquire further, please contact your health fund or Medicare to ask what you are covered for before proceeding with treatment.
