THE TREATMENT
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a procedure that uses injectable treatments (dermal filler) to change the shape of the nose without surgery. It provides a temporary alternative to traditional rhinoplasty.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty involves injecting a gel-based product into specific areas of the nose.
The cost of non-surgical rhinoplasty depends on the amount of product required and individual requirements. While less costly than surgical rhinoplasty, follow-up treatments are needed to maintain results over time. At Cosmos Clinics, prices start from $700.

It’s important you attend follow-up consultations and monitor your results.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty carries some risks, including temporary swelling and bruising, which usually resolve within a few days. Rarely, asymmetry may occur and can often be corrected with follow-up adjustments. Infection is a low-risk possibility when proper care is taken. Some patients may experience mild skin sensitivity, irritation, or numbness at the injection site. Rare but serious risks include vascular complications, where blood flow may be blocked. Allergic reactions to the product are uncommon but possible, and in rare cases, the filler may migrate slightly from the treatment area.
As the product will slowly dissolve over time, you may need another treatment after about 18 months to two years, depending on how quickly your product dissolves. This will vary from person to person.
A non-surgical rhinoplasty procedure performed with dermal fillers should not leave any scars, as the procedure involves using a fine needle and does not involve any incisions. In the rare occasion that any scars would be visible, it would likely be on the inside of the nostril, which would be completely hidden.
While results are instant, it can take ten days to three weeks for final results to be visible as any slight swelling or bruising will have fully settled.
